A renowned luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an elevated guest experience through courteous, prompt, and professional service delivery.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in line with hotel and regulatory standards.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service flow.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with brand standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support in planning and executing events, themed promotions, and seasonal dining experiences.
- Track key performance indicators including labor efficiency, sales objectives, and cost control.
- Prepare accurate reports and assist management with operational planning.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of F&B or restaurant experience within a five-star or luxury hotel setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams.
- Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top-quality standards.
- Skilled in multitasking and time management under pressure.
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in cost management, scheduling, and inventory systems.
- Positive, solution-driven approach to daily challenges.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Russian is an asset.
