Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeler

Location: Msheireb, Doha, Qatar

Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Job Summary:

The Architectural BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software, ensuring coordination with other disciplines, and supporting the design and construction documentation process. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural design and documentation.
  • Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
  • Create and manage families, schedules, and sheets in Revit.
  • Ensure that the BIM models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
  • Support architects and engineers in producing construction documents and shop drawings.
  • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in implementing and improving BIM workflows and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler (preferably with Fit-Out projects).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • Must have a valid QID.
