  • Assist in installing and maintaining insulation materials (foam, fiberglass, cellular glass, etc.) for cold systems like refrigeration, chilled water lines, and cryogenic equipment.

  • Surface Preparation:

  • Clean and prepare surfaces before insulation (removing rust, dust, moisture, or oil).

  • Material Handling:

  • Transport insulation materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites or scaffolding.

  • Installation Support:

  • Help in cutting, fitting, and securing insulation materials under the direction of senior insulators.

  • Safety Compliance:

  • Follow all safety protocols including wearing proper PPE and understanding safety data sheets (SDS) for materials used.

    Requirements
