The Architectural Coordination Manager (Municipality) is responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural submissions, approvals, and communications with the Municipality (Baladiya). The role involves ensuring that all project-related documents comply with local regulations, following up with municipal departments, and representing the company in meetings with authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all architectural project submissions to the Municipality (Baladiya).
  • Follow up on approvals, comments, and requirements from municipal authorities.
  • Attend meetings with Municipality officials and provide necessary clarifications or documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings and documents comply with local codes and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal design and engineering teams for updates and revisions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of correspondence with authorities.
  • Support project teams with UPDA and other authority-related processes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
  • UPDA certified preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Municipality (Baladiya) procedures and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude with good coordination and follow-up skills.
