Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ladies' salon and lead the team with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have experience in management as well as Human Resources (HR) and staff affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the salon.
  • Oversee appointment schedules and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Supervise staff and assign tasks.
  • Handle HR duties, including attendance, leave management, performance evaluation, and recruitment needs.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and monitor inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon in accordance with standards.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (due to the nature of working in a ladies' salon).
  • Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in HR and staff affairs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to solve problems effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
