We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pool Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools and related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all pool facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality, while optimizing system performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain all pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, dosing systems, and other associated equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of pool facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.
  • Test, record, and adjust water chemistry to maintain correct chemical balance and meet health & safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment and mechanical systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or installations.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, water test results, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement for pool-related maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to support staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in swimming pool operation and maintenance (preferably in hospitality, facility management, or recreation centers).
  • Strong understanding of pool filtration, heating, and water treatment systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with automated pool control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
