Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overhead Crane Operator based in Doha, Qatar. The Overhead Crane Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of overhead cranes, handling lifting operations, inspecting equipment, and ensuring the safe use of heavy and lifting equipment. Daily tasks include operating cranes to move heavy materials, conducting routine inspections, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lifting Operations and handling Lifting Equipment
  • Skills in operating Heavy Equipment and Cranes
  • Ability to conduct regular Inspections of equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance in lifting procedures
  • High level of attention to detail and safety-conscious
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in crane operation and heavy equipment handling are a plus
