Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to manage and grow relationships with SME and B2B clients. The role focuses on promoting financial products and services, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire SME and B2B clients to meet sales objectives.
  • Promote and cross-sell financial products aligned with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari financial regulations.
Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Qatari market dynamics and financial regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within financial services, banking, or lending institutions.
  • Strong understanding of SME and B2B client management and financial product offerings.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • This is a full-time position based in Qatar.
