About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Delivery & Business Lead to oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven delivery excellence, and deep industry knowledge in ERP-driven transformation or digital initiatives, particularly within government or utilities sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
  • Maintain service quality and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the sales and growth strategy.
  • Oversee budget control, resource allocation, and delivery efficiency.
  • Provide regular progress and compliance reports to leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP-driven transformation or digital projects, preferably in government or utilities sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of GCC public procurement, project governance, and process analysis.
  • Excellent command of English (proficiency in Arabic is an advantage).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CIPS certification is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
