  • Oversee the production of branding, signage, and promotional materials for campaigns and events.
  • Ensure all materials comply with Aspire Zone's visual identity and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Supervise the quality, accuracy, and installation of produced materials and maintain production records and inventories.
  • Support the implementation of brand activations and events.
  • Supervise the production and installation of branding materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure the specification of branding is compiled with production requirements
  • Vendor & Printing Press Liaison: Communicate with printing presses and external suppliers to ensure accurate and high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Manage the production and installation of branding materials, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth production and installation workflows.
  • Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet AZF's standards.
  • Provide recommendations on the best materials and production techniques for cost efficiency and durability.
  • Ensure all branding and production outputs align with AZF's guidelines.
  • Work closely with the branding team, and procurement, to execute production requirements.
  • Liaise with printing presses, signage vendors, and production houses for timely and high-quality output.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in planning and managing production timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain records of production costs, material usage, and supplier performance.
  • 7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Diploma with any specialized certificate in advertising, visual communications, or graphic design or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
