Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Administrator located in Doha, Qatar. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases, designing database solutions, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing replication processes. The role requires ensuring database stability, security, and efficiency while supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives through data management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Database Administration and Databases management
  • Strong skills in Database Design and the ability to develop efficient database architectures
  • Experience with Troubleshooting database issues and optimizing performance
  • Knowledge of Replication techniques for maintaining data integrity and availability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with cloud-based database systems and IT solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
