Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure and Security Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade IT environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managed services, cloud platforms (especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), and secure, scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Leadership
    : Direct the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Security & Network Oversight
    : Lead network design and security initiatives to safeguard company assets and client data.
  • Database & Platform Management
    : Administer and troubleshoot environments using Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic, MongoDB, and Jasper Reports.
  • Hardware Optimization
    : Oversee deployment and performance tuning of HR-grade hardware, storage systems, and SPARC platforms.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Strategy
    : Manage cloud migrations, hybrid setups, and disaster recovery planning across OCI and other platforms.
  • Client Engagement
    : Serve as a strategic interface with clients to assess needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
  • Architecture Review
    : Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Team Leadership
    : Mentor and guide technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of hosting and infrastructure services.
  • Dev Collaboration
    : Partner with software development teams to align infrastructure with deployment architecture requirements.
