About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Lead to drive technical strategy, oversee complex ERP program delivery, and ensure alignment between technology and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring seamless execution across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the technical strategy to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Align technology roadmaps with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage integrations, data migration, and security standards.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in ERP systems, such as JD Edwards, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven expertise in systems integration, data migration, and information security.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with excellent English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • TOGAF, ITIL, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
