We are looking for an IT Support Associate to start immediately (Local Hire Only).

Desired Skills & Experience

I. Have a good knowledge in IT Hardware, Software & Network support.

II. Have at least a basic knowledge in Network Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Phone Systems.

III. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

IV. Ability to multi-tasks.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide technical support to organization's employees and provide the necessary support for the POS systems including any issues during the POS daily operational hours.
• Initiate systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, and replace defective components as needed.
• Provide data entry support across various software programs.
• Prepare relevant reports as needed.
• Perform system backups and recovery on timely basis.

Other Accountabilities

• Ensures technical equipment is running and being maintained properly
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on servers and network equipment.
• Log all the incidents and requests in the service desk.
• Perform tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents.
• Organize records & files, and maintain office supplies stock /IT assets.

The candidate should be available in Qatar.
