Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as waiters/waitresses. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Required Qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
