  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Senior-level: 5+ years with Ashghal projects experience
  • Building, Infrastructure & Industrial experience

Key Skills:

  • Studying the tender documents in detail such as General conditions of contract, particular conditions of contract, specification and drawing in detail and prepare the summary of conditions of tender.
  • Preparing RFQ trade wise scope/ package itemization, quote follow up and evaluation of quotes.
  • Taking off quantities and preparation of bill of quantities.
  • Prepare the Commercial and Technical Proposal as per ITT for Tender Submission.
  • Proficiency in software such as Candy, Plnswift, AutoCAD &* MS Excel*
  • Able to prepare Apple to Apple Comparision

Certifications :

  • Professional accreditation (required): uPDA
  • RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
