We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong design skills and a solid understanding of local architectural regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality architectural elevations for villa and residential projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and related software.
  • Select and specify elevation materials that meet design, durability, and budget requirements.
  • Ensure all designs comply with MMUP Qatar regulations and local building codes.
  • Coordinate with clients and support budget management to provide cost-effective design solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design and construction phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, especially villa and residential projects.
  • A focused portfolio showcasing elevation design work (MANDATORY).
  • Experience working with local and international clients.
  • Excellent proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of MMUP regulations and Qatar building codes.
