Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Infrastructure Specialist who is fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Professional certifications: Minimum CCNA, preferably CCNP.


• Additional certifications such as MCSA or VMware VCP are highly desirable.


• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network systems and servers.


• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage, operate, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and related devices such as switches, routers, and access points.


• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers.


• Manage NAS/SAN storage systems and ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.


• Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including email and cloud applications.


• Monitor network performance and generate periodic reports and statistics.


• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to implement and maintain network protection measures.


• Participate in planning and executing infrastructure development projects, including equipment upgrades and data migration.


• Provide technical support and ensure minimal downtime for critical systems.

Preferred Skills:


• Strong knowledge of network management tools and virtualization technologies.


• Proven experience troubleshooting complex network and server issues.
