AWENA is a reputable MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) contracting and maintenance company dedicated to providing high-quality engineering solutions across Qatar. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business opportunities in the MEP contracting and maintenance sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Coordinate closely with project and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the MEP contracting and maintenance field in Doha, Qatar.

Proven track record of success in the local market with strong client connections.

Must have a valid Qatar driving license and own car (fuel provided by the company).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, professional, and result-oriented.

Ready to joint within 1 Week.

Compensation & Benefits:
