Leasing Officers

  • Experience in Real Estate Services
  • Salary: QAR 7,500 – QAR 8,000 (full package)
  • Must be locally available
  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
  • Annual air ticket entitlement

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities
  • Prioritize and maximize leasing/selling of owners and/or partner's properties
  • Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients
  • Responsible for entering into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties
  • Should have knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside properties)
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
