Job Type: Full-time (10-hour shifts, 6 days/week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome, managing front desk operations, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail).
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Working Hours:

  • 10-hour shifts, 6 days/week (Sunday – Thursday overlap during peak hours)
  • Breaks scheduled during shifts with full reception coverage
