We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with strong expertise in Revit to support the design and documentation process for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
  • Develop 3D BIM models, floor plans, sections, elevations, and details.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to update design changes.
  • Revise drawings based on markups and client feedback.
  • Maintain drawing and model accuracy through all design phases.
  • Organize and maintain drawing files and document control systems.
  • Participate in site visits and surveys if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in drafting or architectural documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
  • Understanding of BIM standards and model coordination.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans, sketches, and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
