CHEF DE PARTIE

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hot kitchen operations, a great sense of taste and presentation, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen section.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation standards.
  • Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setup.
  • Strong knowledge of hot kitchen cooking methods and menu items.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
