We are SOCAST Advertising, a leading marketing management firm in Doha, Qatar, looking to expand our creative team with a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Crafting and executing compelling social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Managing content calendars, scheduling, and daily posting
  • Collaborating with designers and writers to create eye-catching visuals and engaging captions
  • Running paid ad campaigns and monitoring performance
  • Engaging with audiences, responding to comments/messages, and growing the follower base
  • Analyzing performance metrics and preparing monthly reports with insights and optimizations
  • Staying ahead of platform updates, trends, and viral opportunities

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management (agency experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and managing campaigns with measurable results
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior
  • Strong content writing skills (Arabic & English preferred)
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, or Buffer
  • Familiar with design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite – a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about digital storytelling

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing and UGC strategies
  • Video editing or TikTok/Reels content creation skills
  • Understanding of SEO and email marketing
  • Knowledge of the MENA market and Arabic pop culture
