Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BSc. Architectural).

Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in building design and consultancy projects.

UPDA Certification: Grade A is mandatory.

BIM Capability: Strong proficiency in BIM tools as per PWA's Employer Information Requirements (EIR).

Consultancy Experience: Proven background in architectural design and coordination within consultant environments.

Project Exposure: Extensive experience in building related architectural works.

Approvals: Previous approval from the Public Works Authority (PWA) is preferred.
