Position Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a leading media company. The ideal candidate will handle budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and support management in strategic decision-making to ensure strong financial control and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, cash flow, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability across business units.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Supervise the finance team and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a media or creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting systems.
  • Arab National with fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
