  • Manage and control manpower to ensure work progress and quality.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed on site.
  • Review and interpret **structural and shop drawings** accurately for proper execution.

  • Prepare daily progress reports and assist in work planning.

  • *Requirements**:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a **Civil Foreman**.
  • Strong knowledge of **structural and finishing works**.
  • Ability to **read and interpret structural shop drawings**.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
