Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated
ITSM Specialist
to join our dynamic IT team. If you have a passion for improving IT service delivery, enjoy solving problems, and love making processes run smoothly — this role is for you You'll work on implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) operations, documenting procedures, and ensuring consistent, high-quality IT support for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup, implementation, and improvement of ITSM processes.
  • Maintain and update IT service documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor service performance and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Ensure all IT services align with business needs and follow company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and process implementation.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
