Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer, located in Doha, Qatar. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with construction teams and tradespersons, performing quality control checks, monitoring structural and civil engineering aspects, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Site Engineer will also communicate project updates across teams and stakeholders while troubleshooting on-site challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Strong skills in On-Site supervision and task coordination
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience in interior fit-out projects and construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic project environments and solve on-site challenges effectively
