They are currently looking for an Asset Management Advisor to be based in Qatar.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Advise and guide public sector water/wastewater organizations on implementing and optimizing their asset management practices.Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans, taking into account international best practices and local context.Conduct lifecycle assessments to determine optimal maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement strategies for infrastructure assets.Analyze asset data and utilize advanced techniques (e.g., risk assessments, cost analysis) to inform decision-making.Develop and recommend performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of asset management strategies.Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to build capacity within client organizations.Stay current with the latest advancements in asset management principles and technologies.Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a reputable university in North America, Western Europe, or Australia.Accredited membership with the Institute of Asset Management (IAM).Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.Minimum of 30 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, specifically within the public sector.Proven experience in implementing international asset management best practices.Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to asset management in the GCC region.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
