Position Summary

The CRM & Sales Coordination Specialist is responsible for managing inbound sales

inquiries, routing leads to the respective sales team members, maintaining and optimizing Zoho

CRM, and ensuring smooth coordination across the sales cycle. This role acts as the

operational backbone of the sales team—supporting revenue generation through efficient

processes, accurate data management, and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Sales Management

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.
  • Qualify and capture information in Zoho CRM.
  • Assign and route leads to the appropriate sales executive based on product category
  • (AV, ELV, ICT), account ownership, or workload.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure no lead is missed or unattended.
  • Maintain an excellent customer experience during first contact.

2. Zoho CRM Administration

  • Maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated client information.
  • Create, modify, and manage CRM modules, fields, workflows, and automation.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership visibility.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with Zoho Support if needed.
  • Implement best practices for data cleanliness and user adoption.

3. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate quotation requests, documentation, follow-ups, and internal communication.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for sales engineers.
  • Support proposal preparation by gathering necessary information from the technical
  • team.
  • Monitor sales pipeline stages and ensure timely updates from the team.
  • Assist in tender submission documentation and form uploads (if required).

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (pipeline, GP value, performance).
  • Monitor sales KPIs and flag delays or gaps in follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of inbound calls and lead sources for marketing alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or inside sales preferably in tech, IT, AV/ELV/ICT, or system integrators).
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (Zoho One experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of IT/AV/ELV terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), documentation, and reporting
