The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Accurately record all financial transactions, such as sales and payments, into the accounting software.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all accounting and financial practices are in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support financial planning and analysis.
  • Other Duties: Handle other tasks as assigned, which may include managing payroll, conducting audits, or supporting the preparation of tax filings.
