AI Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced
AI Project Manager
to facilitate the successful delivery of AI and ML initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-team integrations and communications, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with defined objectives. You will also monitor key metrics and track the status of integrations to ensure seamless execution.

• Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal integrations, enabling clear and efficient collaboration.
• Plan project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI initiatives with broader organizational projects and processes.
• Promote best practices in project delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management.
• Strong familiarity with core technology concepts, from architecture to delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience navigating end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, from scoping and data readiness to deployment and iteration.
• 4+ years of project management experience in AI, ML, or tech-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination.
• Expertise with monitoring and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• SQL knowledge for basic checks, validation, and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience within delivery/logistics industries.
