Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Operations Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company's fleet, ensuring optimal allocation, maintenance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring fleet performance, implementing safety protocols, developing strategies for cost optimization, and managing regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves supervising a team, coordinating with cross-functional departments, analyzing fleet data, and contributing to business growth through effective fleet utilization.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills to supervise and guide operational staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and improve fleet operations.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and local laws in Qatar is beneficial.
