About the Role

Arkan Marketing is a startup digital marketing agency based in Doha, Qatar, helping brands grow through creative storytelling, short-form video, paid advertising, and social media strategy.

We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
to be the driving force of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and map key decision-makers across target markets.
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to communicate Arkan Marketing's value proposition.
  • Conduct structured needs assessments (BANT) to qualify potential leads.
  • Schedule and hand off fully qualified discovery meetings (SQLs) to the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly meeting quotas.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage high activity levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Must be living in Qatar.
