Soft Service Manager

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a proactive and experienced Soft Services Manager to lead and manage the delivery of soft services within a high-profile Facilities Management project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, security, landscaping, waste management, and customer service across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all soft services including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Manage and supervise soft services teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with other FM departments to ensure seamless integration of soft and hard services.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning for soft services.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and staff development.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Soft Services Management role within the Facilities Management sector.
- CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple service lines.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and FM reporting tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the Middle East, particularly Qatar, is desirable.
