Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 
Presales Engineer

to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving technical solution design, vendor engagement, and customer success across enterprise infrastructure domains. The position involves 
solution sizing, architecture design, and partnership management

with leading technology vendors such as 
Dell Technologies, Broadcom, Google, and VMware

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Sizing
  • Develop and validate technical solutions for customers, including 
    Compute, Storage, and Hybrid Storage

environments.
- Perform 
solution sizing

and 
capacity planning

based on customer requirements and workload characteristics.
- Design and propose 
Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)

and 
Hybrid Cloud

solutions leveraging Dell and VMware technologies.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage and maintain strong technical and business relationships with 
Dell Technologies, Broadcom, Google, and other key OEMs

.
- Stay updated on vendor product portfolios, roadmaps, and partner programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Engage with vendors for certifications, deal registrations, and joint solution validations.
- Technical Pre-Sales Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into optimized technical solutions.
- Conduct 
technical presentations, demos, and workshops

for customers and internal teams.
- Prepare 
Bill of Materials (BoM), proposals, and technical documentation

to support solution offerings.
- Hands-on Expertise
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in 
Dell Compute, Storage, and HCI platforms

(e.g., PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerFlex, VxRail).
- Strong knowledge of 
VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX

technologies for virtualization and network virtualization.
- Familiarity with 
Network Security technologies

(Firewalls, SDN, Microsegmentation, etc.) and their integration into enterprise solutions.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with post-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and implementation.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives by contributing to 
RFP/RFI responses

and 
solution briefs

.
- Provide feedback from the field to enhance internal solution portfolios and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in 
    Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting

within enterprise IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with 
Dell Technologies Compute, Storage, and HCI

platforms.
- Deep understanding of 
VMware virtualization stack (vSphere, vSAN, NSX)

and 
Hybrid Cloud

models.
- Good understanding of 
Networking and Security concepts

(routing, switching, firewalls, SDN).
- Proven experience working with vendors like 
Dell, Broadcom, and Google

in a partner ecosystem.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry certifications (Dell Technologies Proven Professional, VMware VCP/VCAP, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
