Our client, a leading construction company in Qatar, is urgently seeking Junior QA/QC Engineers for a temporary assignment of three (3) months , with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control activities within a major construction environment.

Job Title: Junior QA/QC Engineer

Location: Wakrah, QATAR

Contract Duration: 3 Months Extendable

Salary: QAR 4,000 (All Inclusive)

Working Hours: 11 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

Positions Available: 4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and standards at the project site.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure work quality meets project specifications and codes.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
  • Support senior QA/QC engineers in monitoring daily construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and site quality control.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Must be currently available in Qatar with valid QID .
