SAP Sr. Consultant – FI/CO

Duration

Job Purpose:

SAP Sr. Consultant – FI/CO should have extensive experience in S/4 HANA Treasury implementation and support.

Experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Treasury, Accounts Payable application VIM (vendor invoice management) configuration, system and process design, development, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience in the Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Electronic Bank statement, Liquidity Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM), Bank Account Management, Loan Management, and Limit Management modules.

Experience in configuring Treasury Transaction Manager's Money Market, Fixed Term Deposit investments, Foreign Exchange solutions, processes, and design, Cash Flow Forecast's One exposure knowledge is desirable.

Experience in SAP Master data and Business Partner for Treasury, customer, and vendors configuration and design

Experience in Central Finance (CFIN), Central Payments, BCM, SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity and integration with Banks, preferably SWIFT payment system as well

Experience in Treasury Fiori application and integration with SAP roles and Catalogs

Experience working with Team members, Business, and IT Teams to develop the right solution for the given business requirements for S/4 HANA project.

Experience in S/4 HANA FI Validations and Substitutions

Experience in Functional areas: FI/CO, Logistics and HR/Payroll and integration with Finance module

At least 1 successful S/4 HANA Project implemented.

Additional Skillset:

Experience with Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) solutions a major plus

Experience in Traditional Workflow preferred.

Experience in conventional workflows, Flexible Workflow preferred.

Experience in SWIFT Payment Medium Formats preferred.

Experience in Fiori Launchpad dashboard (setting up of Tiles) a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate should have strong technical & documentation skills. The applicant should also have expertise in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP S/4 HANA development objects.

Candidate should have strong technical and configuration skills in SAP FICO, Treasury and VIM functional areas as well as third party tool/solution integrate/interface like OCR/IES/Archive with SAP or vice versa.

Candidate must have strong implementation experience in Treasury and Risk Management, Transaction Manager for Money Market investments and Forex spot and forward transactions, CashManagement, Cash Flow Forecast (one exposure) Cash and Liquidity Management, Bank Communication Management, Bank Account Management, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Roles and Authorizations.

Candidate must have strong implementation experience in Cash Management, in Cash Flow Forecast (one exposure) configuration and setup in S4 HANA, should be able to customize it as well.

Candidate should have implemented Money Market investment and borrowing with short-medium timeframes such as Fixed Term Deposit based on the surpluses or deficits calculated by the Cash Position and Liquidity Forecast.

Candidate should have very good CFIN, Central Payments, Bank Communication and Multi-Bank connectivity integration with banks.

Candidate should have experience or functional knowledge in Accounts Payable VIM solution in VIM 7.6 and ICC 20.4 for SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 and S/4HANA would be helpful. Functional knowledge of Accounts Payable and Material Management invoice related processes.

Candidate should have experience in SAP Master Data, Business Partners for Treasury, Customer and Vendor

Understanding of SAP Workflow, Flexible Workflow and FIORI experience is also desirable.

Candidate should have ability to system design, process design and Configuration and writing skills including function and technical specification, business blueprint, testing documents etc.

Understanding the integration in FICO, Treasury, Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Cost Center, Profit center, Internal Order, Asset Accounting, Logistic and HR functionalities and enhancements etc.

Candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving Roles and Authorization issues.

Candidate should develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.

Conduct, coordinate Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing. resolving testing issues, specifying, and documenting fixes and re-testing.

Experience in data migration from Legacy system as well as from SAP ECC system to SAP S/4 HANA system including data migration strategy / tools / etc.

Possess knowledge of user exits, BADI, LTMC, OSS & designing of Reports for reporting / control purposes and debugging as plus etc.

Educational Qualification

A bachelor's degree in business administration/ information Systems or equivalent

SAP FICO Certified and/or training in S/4 HANA

Required Professional Qualifications/Skills

SAP Sr. Consultant – FI/CO with more than at least 8-10 years hands-on configuration experience.

At least 1 S/4 HANA implementation project.

Work experience in Oil & Gas industry preferred.

Experience in JVA and logistic modules would be beneficial.

Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.

Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
