 A highly regarded Client of Premium Solutions Consultancy is Hiring

Our client is seeking a Program Manager who possesses exceptional business awareness and a track record of successfully strategizing and executing high-level program endeavours. As a natural leader, Candidate should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Preferred candidate will have prior experience managing substantial projects, adept at navigating various stakeholders, and proficient in establishing efficient systems while overseeing entire project lifecycles. They should be capable of implementing project strategies and effectively communicating technical aspects to stakeholders across diverse departments, drawing from backgrounds such as IT, hospitality, or other relevant industries.

Nationality: Any; Candidates must be presently located in Qatar and possess NOCs for sponsorship transfers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles, with a focus on program management preferred.
  • Previous involvement in the museum/cultural sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in program management, including the delivery of complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project).
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP or PgMP
