Responsibilities: Lead, train, and supervise a team of instrument technicians to ensure effective workflow and performance.Execute installation, calibration, and routine maintenance of process instruments, sensors, transmitters, valves, and control systems.Diagnose and resolve faults in control loops, PLC/DCS systems, and automation equipment.Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in alignment with scheduled work plans.Interpret technical documentation including P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument manuals, and system schematics.Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and cross -functional teams to coordinate daily tasks and project activities.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, proper tool usage, and equipment handling procedures.
