Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems/ issues faced by end users accurately, and propose quick & effective solutions.
  • Document notes and information within the assigned application/ call center tools accurately.
  • Troubleshoot as per knowledge base and provide immediate resolution.
  • Maintain high service quality assurance standards.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules.
  • Attend coaching sessions with Call Center Supervisor/ Trainer.
  • Attend trainings and refreshers to keep abreast of any process changes.
  • Attend, participate, and contribute within team meetings.
  • Coordination of overhead pages, including staff paging and messaging functions.
  • Provision of customer services to internal call center stakeholders.
  • Provide customer service to internal call center customers.
  • Staff paging and messaging functions.
  • Emergency coordination based on the workflows provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as Call Center Agent in the healthcare industry within Qatar.
  • Must be able to communicate in both Arabic and English fluently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification appropriate to the role.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
