Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries related to warehouse operations
  • Monitor stock movements, goods received, and goods issued
  • Reconcile inventory records with the accounting system
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRN
  • Manage supplier payments, customer billing, and petty cash
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock counts and variance reports
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
  • Assist with monthly closing, reporting, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting (warehouse or logistics experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month
