We are seeking a skilled Plumber in building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations within residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues in buildings and facilities.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to plumbing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other maintenance staff and contractors for project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Plumbing certification or trade qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, preferably in building maintenance.
  • Proven ability to install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plumbing tasks.
