Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Doha, Qatar. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing and developing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, managing HR policies and compliance, fostering strong employee relations, and driving performance management initiatives. The role also involves ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws in all HR-related matters, supporting organizational development, and leading the HR team in delivering best practices for the business and employees.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and implementation of HR policies
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and managing Performance Management systems
  • Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Laws and their application in an organizational context
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar senior HR role, preferably in a real estate organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
