Job Summary:

Looking for a passionate and experienced Tournament Specialist to manage and execute eGaming tournaments, leagues, and live broadcasts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and manage online and offline gaming tournaments


• Handle registrations, scheduling, and result tracking


• Coordinate live streams on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming


• Manage Discord and other gaming communities


• Collaborate with influencers and streamers


• Obtain approvals from game publishers for tournaments


• Work with marketing teams to promote tournaments


• Prepare post-event reports and performance insights

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in esports or tournament management


• Experience with broadcasting and streaming tools


• Proficient with Discord, Twitch, YouTube Live, and Facebook Gaming


• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills


• Ability to manage live events under pressure


• Must be locally available in Qatar


• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Passion for gaming and esports is essential.
