Position Overview:

We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and efficient Receptionist cum Executive Secretary to manage the front desk and provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet visitors courteously and manage the reception area.
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and welcoming reception environment.

Executive Secretary Support

  • Provide executive-level administrative assistance to top management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and prepare official letters, emails, and documents.
  • Organize and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.

Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain confidential documents and filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • Support HR and Admin functions as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Arab National preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in reception, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
