We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work on various metal components and structures according to technical specifications and safety standards.

This position is strictly focused on welding tasks (not fabrication or assembly work) and requires a strong background in industrial or structural welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding operations using various techniques, including TIG, MIG, and ARC welding, depending on project needs.
  • Weld joints, seams, and structural components to required specifications, ensuring strong and clean welds.
  • Conduct visual inspections of welds to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.
  • Follow instructions, welding procedures, and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare surfaces and materials for welding, including grinding, cleaning, and proper alignment.
  • Monitor the welding process and adjust settings for different types of metals and thicknesses.
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Certification in welding from a recognized institution or vocational training center.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Welder in an industrial, mechanical, or construction environment.
  • Skilled in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand welding procedures, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in various environments (e.g., workshop, site-based, elevated positions).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
