Technician Tyreman

Job Title: Technician Tyreman 

Contract Duration: 3 months

Purpose: Repair and Maintenance of tires to re-use and to provide performance advantage, last a long period and segregate tires as per condition for recycle or disposal

Accountabilities

Lift up the vehicle by using lifting M/C, Jack in order to remove the wheel from the vehicle.
Dismantle all type of wheel from the vehicle in order to repair the puncture tire.
Find out the cause of Puncture, check & repair in order to reuse the puncture tire.
Check and fix similar depth of tire in order to get uniform wear and tear of tires.
Tire rotation as per recommendation in order to preserve balance handling & Traction and to provide performance advantage.
Wheel balancing in order to prevent the tire from being bounce due to hobby sensation and to have smooth operation, increase tire traction and to help the tires to last a longer period of time.
Check and segregate as per the condition and manufacturing date of tire in order to reuse, retread and dispose the tire.
Keep the job done record in Log book and fill the Job card after every completion of Job in order to maintain job done history.

Education
Basic reading and writing up to primary level.
Experience
2-3 Year working experience in tire related Job. (manufacturing/Retreading/ repair maintenance)

Wheel Balancing & Puncture repair
Knowledge
Size and brand of tires for different vehicle
