Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of ceramic tile manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently achieved
  • Direct and coordinate daily plant activities, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics functions
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization across multiple production lines
  • Establish and enforce plant policies, safety procedures, and quality assurance standards in compliance with industry best practices
  • Manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising product quality or output
  • Lead and mentor plant teams to ensure smooth workflow, high performance, and continuous operational improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to align production capacity with market and business demands

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the ceramic tiles or building materials industry
  • Proven track record in plant leadership, production planning, and resource management at a senior or factory management level
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and maintenance systems related to ceramic tile production
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams
  • Demonstrated capability in budget management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvement
  • Proficiency in ERP or production management software is an advantage
